Your team performs.Does it still know what for?
IKIGAIER method workshops so that each person reconnects what they do with what matters to them. In person or online, tailor-made.
Companies · Sports federations and clubs · Schools and training centres
When results arrive, but people slowly switch off
- Talented professionals on autopilot. They deliver, they meet targets and, inside, they no longer know what drives them.
- Athletes, staff and coaches under pressure for results who have forgotten why they started playing.
- Teams in transition (succession, growth, a new stage) that need to get back to a shared what-for.
It isn’t a lack of motivation or commitment. It’s a distance between the life they lead and what matters to them. That distance shows in morale, in communication and, sooner or later, in performance.
A workshop to ask yourself questions, not to listen to a motivational talk
The method comes from the book El Ikigai que no te contaron. It works with questions, writing and group activities so that each person recognises what drives them, what holds them back and what their next step is. No jargon, and nobody is put on the spot.

Every format is adjusted to the group size, the sector and the goal you want to work on.

Tailored programme
A complete journey
We combine in-person and online sessions, the PASO test for each person and follow-up, in a programme designed for your specific challenge.
Clarity for each person, a common language for the team
- Each person: words for what they feel, clarity about what drives them and a concrete first step they can take the following week.
- The team: an honest conversation about the meaning of what they do together and a shared language to keep having it.
- The organisation: people more connected to their work and simple tools to sustain it after the workshop.
Who it’s for

Before we talk
Is it coaching or therapy?
No. It’s a practical reflection workshop: questions, writing and group activities. Nobody has to share anything they don’t want to.
For how many people?
It adapts to the group. The hands-on formats work best with small groups; for large groups we prepare a talk-style version with activities.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, the length and the number of people. After the first conversation you receive a fixed proposal, with no surprises.
In what language?
In Spanish or Catalan.
Where is it held?
Online, anywhere. In person, mainly in Catalonia; other locations on request.
